Belvilla, now a part of OYO-owned Vacation Homes, has evolved from a small Dutch startup into one of Europe's largest travel accommodation providers. With 40,000 holiday homes across 20 European destinations, Belvilla sought our expertise at times of fierce competition led by giants like Airbnb. In response, Rebbix became the driving force behind Belvilla's digitalization.
Over six years of partnership, Rebbix team delivered both, the core ‘turnkey’ projects as well adeptly managed stability concerns. Our collaboration started with the simple yet challenging task – to boost the company's mobile presence by delivering iOS and Android mobile apps in less than two months – right before the high season. We were done with the MVP in a month, and that became the starting point for many other projects. Among the others - search engine transformation, scaled to subsidiary companies, engineering of contactless check-in with smart locks and many others. Our collaboration wasn't just a partnership. It was a seamless integration into the Belvilla team, ensuring they not only caught up with industry trends but also led the way.
