Rebbix was founded in 2012 with an ambition to go against common approaches, market and industry standards, conventional wisdoms, and well-beaten paths.
Our team runs on impact, trust, and a huge love of good products. We like to see meaningful results of our actions fast and always push ourselves to give more than expected. We experiment, learn, try, fail, succeed, grow, and have a lot of fun doing all that.
We’ll expect you to take ownership and make your own decisions. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s also the only way we know to really enjoy what we do.
If you thrive on solving complex challenges and want to build fantastic products, join our team.

Software Engineer
Why I love working at Rebbix:
In summary, Rebbix aligns perfectly with my #nobullshit philosophy.

Engineering Manager
I joined Rebbix about four years ago as an engineer working on the OLX Group / Fixly project and later moved into an Engineering Manager role. What attracted me from the very beginning was the way the team described their work and processes during the interview. It felt much closer to a product company than a typical outsourcing environment – you can genuinely influence the direction of the product and see the results of your work.
Another key factor is the people. Many employees stay here for years, and that’s not accidental. A lot of attention is paid to hiring, engineering standards, and cultural fit, which creates an environment of motivated, thoughtful professionals who truly care about what they are building.
During my time here, I’ve grown significantly in terms of leadership and ownership. Rebbix has a very flat hierarchy and a true open-door culture – something I always appreciated and honestly always hoped to work in. On top of that, the company provides a comfortable environment: a modern, cozy office, remote flexibility, and plenty of small traditions (like lots of birthday cakes 🙂) that make everyday work enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place where you can truly influence products and work with great people, Rebbix is very different from most tech companies you’ve seen before.

UI/UX Designer
After maternity leave, I came back here and was genuinely happy when I got the message that there was a role waiting for me. I now work on a product used by millions of people every month, with direct access to users. Testing a hypothesis, asking questions, collecting feedback – all of this can happen quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. As a designer, that's incredibly valuable.
The team is strong and deeply human. There's a real respect for roles: everyone does their part without trying to take over someone else's. Management sets priorities, removes blockers, and keeps context, but doesn't micromanage. They only step into my area when I ask, which is genuinely rare in this market.
Communication is straightforward and honest. It's normal to ask questions, fine not to know something, and easy to get a second opinion. Decisions are explained, agreements are documented, and discussions stay on point.
I have space for independent decisions and real ownership of outcomes. Feedback here isn't a formality. The pace varies, as it does anywhere, but there's a healthy balance and no culture of burning out for deadlines. The atmosphere is warm, which is probably why people stay here for 10 years. Rebbix is the best professional experience I've had – and that's exactly why it's impossible not to want to come back.

Engineering Manager
For me, one of the biggest things here at Rebbix is the community of professional people. It’s just more fun when you work with colleagues who genuinely care about what they do. People here openly share knowledge, challenge each other in a good way, and actually enjoy the process.
I also really value being close to the business, product, and tech sides at the same time. You’re never working in isolation, you can always find the "why" behind decisions and can actually influence outcomes, not just execute tasks.
What I appreciate the most is the level of trust and autonomy. There’s no unnecessary bureaucracy, you’re expected to take ownership, make decisions, and move things forward. It keeps things fast-paced, meaningful, and far from boring. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow, have a real impact, and work with people who are both highly professional and genuinely great to be around.
