Our client is a Time & Attendance startup. Our system allows us to ensure that employees follow the assigned schedule and track their time when they work out of the office.

Our team has been building the technical part of this product from the very beginning. We have already started working with companies with more than 1000 employees.

We make it easier and faster for HR, Managers, and employees to complete payroll and take the administrative headache so that our customers can focus on running their companies.

Since 2017 thousands of paying customers of all sizes — SMBs, Medium Enterprise & Government, from all the states in Brazil have benefited from the platform, and we’re just getting started.

To solve workforce management on a global scale, we’re looking for the smartest highly driven and creative individuals, is that you?

requirements

must have:

  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
  • Software engineering fundamentals, algorithms, data structures and OOP
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable systems
  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js
  • 3+ years of experience with React.js
  • Proficient with microservices architecture
  • Proficient with unit testing
  • Experience with RDBMS and NOSQL databases
  • Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, etc...)
  • Proficient with cloud and SaaS architectures
  • Good English in both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to move fast and solve problems
  • Basic linux system administration skills.

nice to have:

  • Experience with temporal.io
  • Experience working with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with neo4j
  • Experience with google

responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations.
  • Take part in the whole product/feature lifecycle (from discussing an idea to shipping to production).
  • Design and build new services.
  • Improve system performance and scalability.
