Recruitment Specialist for Rebbix

Rebbix is looking for a creative Recruitment Specialist to find and attract best candidates. 

Requirements

Must have

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in IT; 
  • Knowledge of direct search techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
  • Ability to work with full recruiting cycle;
  • Good understanding of IT job market; 
  • Self-driven and proactive approach, excellent communication skills; 
  • Good command of English is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Finding relevant candidates using different tools and methods; 
  • Interviewing and selecting candidates on each stages ; 
  • Lead full cycle recruitment of technical/admin positions; 
  • Communication with team leads; 
  • Maintain database; 
  • Take part in building an Employer Brand.
