Requirements
Must have
- 2+ years of overall experience in marketing
- Hands-on experience in the HR marketing area
- English — upper intermediate at least
- PR/SMM/Content
- Data-driven, analytics
- Creative and proactive
- Strong social, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in IT/Product PR or related
- Experience in implementation of marketing strategy
- Experience with company branding

Responsibilities
- Make sure everyone knows how cool rebbix is
- Broadcast our values to broad audience
- Create content (alone or with contractors)
- Spread myths
- Collect feedback from customers and employees
- Promote and drive online and offline events
- Work with C-level, hiring, HR
- Define a marketing budget, be responsible for the effective use of the marketing budget
- Manage social media channels
- Own company website
- Define and implement a marketing strategy
- Keep an eye on competitors
