Requirements

Must have

  • 2+ years of overall experience in marketing
  • Hands-on experience in the HR marketing area
  • English — upper intermediate at least
  • PR/SMM/Content
  • Data-driven, analytics
  • Creative and proactive
  • Strong social, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in IT/Product PR or related 
  • Experience in implementation of marketing strategy
  • Experience with company branding

Nice to have

  • Portfolio of implemented PR/Marketing campaigns, articles, etc.
  • Copywriting skills 
  • Good taste
  • Crazy ideas

Responsibilities

  • Make sure everyone knows how cool rebbix is
  • Broadcast our values to broad audience
  • Create content (alone or with contractors)
  • Spread myths
  • Collect feedback from customers and employees
  • Promote and drive online and offline events
  • Work with C-level, hiring, HR
  • Define a marketing budget, be responsible for the effective use of the marketing budget
  • Manage social media channels
  • Own company website 
  • Define and implement a marketing strategy
  • Keep an eye on competitors
